Intragaz’s partners/shareholders are Gaz Métro Limited Partnership and GDF Québec Inc.
Gaz Métro Limited Partnership is the principal natural gas distributor for Quebec and Vermont. It has an ownership interest in many transportation and storage businesses in the gas and underground sectors.
Gaz Métro transports and distributes natural gas in Quebec, Canada, and the northeastern portion of North America. Its business also includes drinking and wastewater systems, urban heating plants, energy equipment maintenance and rental, and wind energy.
GDF Québec Inc. is a subsidiary of GDF SUEZ. One of the world’s leading energy providers, GDF SUEZ is active across the entire energy value chain, in electricity and natural gas, upstream to downstream.
